1. Service
LubanPlay sells digital gift cards, game packages, direct top-ups, app credits, and related digital products. Product availability, delivery method, price, and stock may change at any time.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for providing accurate order information. Direct top-up orders require correct account IDs, server IDs, email addresses, or other fields configured for the product.
3. Digital Delivery
Digital codes and top-up orders may be delivered instantly or after automated/manual review. We may delay, cancel, or refund orders that trigger fraud, payment, inventory, or compliance checks.
4. Wallet Balance
Wallet balance can be used for eligible purchases on LubanPlay. The maximum wallet balance is USD 500. Wallet balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and may be restricted during security or compliance reviews.
5. Refunds
Delivered digital codes, redeemed products, and completed top-ups are generally final and non-refundable. Refunds may be issued for failed delivery, duplicate payment, unavailable stock, compliance rejection, or other cases approved by support.
6. Limits And KYC
Standard accounts may be limited to USD 300 per day. Approved KYC users may receive higher limits, currently up to USD 3000 per day. We may request additional information before processing high-risk or high-value orders.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the website for fraud, resale abuse, unauthorized payments, sanctions evasion, money laundering, account takeover, automated abuse, or any unlawful activity.
8. Support
For order issues, contact support@lubanplay.com with your order number and account email. Support may request proof of payment, screenshots, or identity information before resolving a case.
